Aiyoo.. my mom has practically banned ajinomoto from the house.. trying to control her high blood pressure.. LOL! But I think the food tastes pretty much the same without.. I dunno, I guess I'm just used to it.. :)
->shemah: hi, shemah. We are quite the same over here. My dad doesn't like ajinomoto, and he influenced my mom. So, we dont hv ajinomoto last time. But since now I am the chef, i use what i want. Haha!
Actually, if you are used to not hving MSG, it's okay if u dont use it in recipes that say u need it. Of coz there will be a differences in taste but not much. :)
